Paul Rangiwahia uses art to help break down the stigma around mental health and normalise the ups and downs of life that we all experience.
Advising, collaborating and speaking to companies, government agencies and schools throughout New Zealand, Paul inspires people to take charge of their mental health and develop greater self awareness.
A “Mental W.O.F” and versions of this work are quickly becoming iconic art pieces throughout New Zealand and abroad. The beauty and power of Paul’s art is it provides common sense messages that help to get people thinking and talking about things that matter.
Paul’s purpose-driven business has identified further opportunities to help others and that has seen him set up a new company called WELL.IAM. The company’s vision is to create well beings through art and give people tools to take ACTION and make significant changes in their mental health and well being.
I just wish to say I really appreciated what you said and it really resonated with me. Thank you for giving me some very simple and obvious tools I can use to better myself and others.

You’ve started quite the Wellness revolution here, and I think it’s because you gave us some simple language to work with.
