I want to be a big part of making Taranaki the wellbeing capital of Aotearoa. A step toward this is the launch of "Hauora in Schools" an exciting new award sponsored by Beach, who like me, are passionate about the community and the wellbeing of those who live here.

We want our Tamariki, Kaumatua and all ages, right around the maunga to enjoy the benefits of great mental health and wellbeing.

Every school is doing something awesome to uplift wellbeing and we want to celebrate this and share their initiatives with our community. We want every school to enter and it’s easy.

Taranaki can be a leader in this space and wellbeing is more relevant than ever before, so with everyone’s help we will make a real difference.
